Audi - Quattro Badge
Explaination and usages
What does actually the Quattro badge mean on vehicles by Audi?
Audi's designation quattro, which is used on its cars since 1980 indicates that it is a vehicle with a four wheel drive. Audi became famous in the World Rally Championship with the original Quattro design and therefore they stick to the label, and at the same time their sub-division for sports performance, in charge of S and RS models, is called "Quattro GmbH".
